Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Titan OS platform ("Service") is provided by Archetype Protocol Pty Ltd (ABN 76 698 101 432) ("Archetype", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Access to the Service is provisioned by your school or sporting organisation. If you are under 18, your use of the Service is subject to the consent your parent or legal guardian has provided through your school's consent process.

2. Relationship to Your School's Agreement

Titan OS is deployed under a services agreement between Archetype and your school or organisation. Where these Terms are inconsistent with that agreement, the school agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Your school remains responsible for the supervision and conduct of training activities.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Manipulate performance data, readiness scores, or leaderboard rankings.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the platform.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (design, text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by Archetype Protocol Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant Titan OS a limited license to use your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Not Medical Advice — Decision Authority

• Titan OS provides system-generated statistical assessments to support coaching and wellbeing decisions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Qualified staff, coaches, and medical professionals retain full decision authority at all times. The Service flags; people decide.
• The Service does not direct, supervise, or conduct training activities. Training is conducted under the supervision and duty of care of your school or organisation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the section below:

• Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service by or on behalf of you (or your school, under its agreement) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us or using the account settings (when available).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
