1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Titan OS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Manipulate performance data, readiness scores, or leaderboard rankings.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the platform.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (design, text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by ARCHETYPE PROTOCOL and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant Titan OS a limited license to use your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• Titan OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not provide medical advice. Training recommendations are informational only.
• We are not liable for injuries sustained during training activities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us or using the account settings (when available).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
