1. What Data We Collect

Titan OS collects the following categories of personal information to provide our athlete performance platform:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials.
• Physical Data: Height, weight, wingspan, and other biometric measurements provided during onboarding.
• Health & Performance Data: Daily readiness logs (sleep, soreness, mood), workout records, training load metrics, and readiness scores.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns within the platform.
• Device Data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Providing and personalizing the Titan OS athlete training platform.
• Calculating readiness scores, training loads, and performance analytics.
• Enabling coach–athlete communication and team management features.
• Generating anonymized and de-identified insights for performance improvement.
• Maintaining platform security, preventing fraud, and enforcing our terms.
• Complying with legal obligations under Australian law.

3. Who Can Access Your Data

Access to your data is strictly controlled:

• You: Full access to all your personal data via the platform.
• Your Coach/Organization: Coaches within your assigned team can view your training data and readiness scores for coaching purposes.
• Organization Admins: Administrators of your organization can view aggregated team data.
• Titan OS Staff: Limited access for platform maintenance and support, subject to strict access controls.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for research and platform improvement.

5. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

6. Minors

Titan OS may be used by athletes under the age of 18. We take additional care with minors' data in accordance with APP 1.4 and 5.2. Parental or guardian consent is required for users under 16. Organizations using Titan OS for youth athletes are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.
